Three Evenings to Knit, Crochet and Enjoy Literature
- 4/30/2009
Colorful Stitches has joined with The Bookstore in Lenox to offer three evenings, starting Wednesday, February 25, where knitters, crocheters and lovers of good literature can enjoy each other’s company while being read to. Matt Tannenbaum from The Bookstore will read short selections on love by several well-known authors in honor of Valentine’s ‘Month’. In March Matt will read several humorous selections to chase away the last of winter's blahs. In April Matt will read poetry in celebration of April being Poetry Month. The evenings will get underway at 7:30 pm and finish at approximately 8:30 pm. Bonnie and Mary from Colorful Stitches will be on hand to help with any knitting or crochet questions. Participation is free and refreshments will be served. The Bookstore, 11 Housatonic St., Lenox will host the first of the three evenings. If you are planning on attending please contact either Colorful Stitches or The Bookstore using the contact information given below.
